CHA is the world's first solid graphite bike chain lubricant — a patented (WO 2026/057906 A1) tool that applies drivetrain lubrication in seconds, with zero mess and no liquid involved. Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, CHA replaces oil-based lubes with a proprietary solid formula that bonds to metal, repels water, and leaves no residue on hands or clothing.
The CHA applicator is made using industrial SLS 3D printing in Nylon PA12 Tough — durable, refillable, and built to last. The formula comes in three variants: Core (everyday), Storm (heavy rain), and Trail (mud and grit). A single refill capsule lasts thousands of kilometres. No drip. No cap. No waste.
CHA launched on Kickstarter in 2026 and funded within the first hour. The campaign closed at more than 37× its goal with over 3,000 backers worldwide.

Josep is the founder of CHA, a Spanish cycling brand he created after years of frustration with the mess, waste, and inconvenience of conventional chain lubrication. Born from ruined trousers and one too many greasy disasters, CHA is his answer to a problem every cyclist knows but nobody had solved properly.
